The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) represents an international community of people interested in defining standards that influence the design, use, and management of Internet resources. In order to increase the presence of Latin American in IETF processes, a group of volunteers emerged from the “IETF – LAC list” to build a workshop called “pre-IETF”.
In the 5th edition, the workshop pre-IETF was held in Natal (Brazil) on July 25-26 in conjunction with the 38th Brazilian Computer Society Congress. Our INTRIG member, Danny Alex Lachos Perez presented the paper “Multi-domain Orchestration leveraging the Application-Layer Traffic Optimization Protocol” which won the best paper award.
