We are hiring! Postdoc position to work on P4 project in collaboration with Ericsson

We have one postdoc position to work on the Abstract Data Plane Compiler project funded by Ericsson.

The postdoc position offers a scholarship of 6.500,00 R$ / month and is open to start at any time in Q1/2019, initially for 6 months but can be renewed up to 12 additional months.

The postdoc will be part of a 4 researcher team working on P4 technologies with state-of-the art SW/HW platforms, including P4 hardware (EdgeCore Wedge 100BF-32X ), as part of the Barefoot FASTER program.

The position requires:
• PhD degree (or defense scheduled for Q1/2019);
• good English communication skills (oral and writing);
• good publication record compatible with the academic age;
• solid Linux, networking and programming skills.

Past experience in research, more specifically SDN, OpenFlow, programmable data planes, Linux packet acceleration,  and P4 language are desirable skills.
